Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma Engineering/Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from any govt. or private universities or institutions/colleges.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Diploma or certification in Graphic Designing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be very proficient at adobe illustrator and adobe Photoshop or any other designing software.
∎ Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software
∎ Experienced to talk in English well enough to be able to communicate with New York Design Office at any time
∎ Should have Experience to create all type of designs and graphics from sketch: placement prints, all over prints, repeats for production etc.
∎ Study design briefs and determine requirements
∎ Schedule projects and define budget constraints
∎ Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
∎ Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
∎ Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
∎ Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
∎ Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
∎ Should experience in technical design for menswear/ladies wear with solid understanding of woven Shirts/ Pants.
∎ Proficiency in professional communication in English is a must
∎ Proficiency using Adobe Illustrator CS6 & Photoshop, CLO 3D.
∎ Experience working and communicating with domestic and foreign factories or vendors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Garments/Textile specially Woven non denim Tops & bottoms is an added advantage.
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
∎ Striving for Excellence/ Artistic ability /Creativity.
∎ Hardworking, Proactive, Self-responsible, ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good coordination capability and cooperation with internal and external parties.
