• Design and produce high-quality visual materials including flyers, brochures, menus, signage, digital ads, social media graphics, and event collateral.

• Ensure all designs reflect the hotel’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look across all channels.

• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and F&B teams to create promotional campaigns and visual content.

• Manage and update visual content for the hotel’s website and social media platforms.

• Create multimedia content such as short promotional videos, GIFs, or motion graphics for online use.

• Coordinate with external printers, vendors, and photographers to ensure production quality and timely delivery.

• Maintain a digital archive of all creative assets and design files.

• Support event branding, such as backdrop designs, banners, invitations, and other event materials.

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep visuals modern and engaging.
