Job Context:
∎ What is the role of a Graphic Designer?
∎ The Graphic Designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You`ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.
∎ Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we`d like to meet you.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designs and delivers high quality motion graphics optimised for video/web/social media dissemination.
∎ Selects, edits, and incorporates content (stills, footage, music, graphics, etc.) as needed. Retouches, corrects, and colour-grades video and photo content.
∎ Can able to design motion graphic animated videos.
∎ Create visually stunning video assets and content
∎ Create animated videos/Story telling videos using software including After Effects and premiere pro.
∎ Create style frames and storyboards using InDesign/Photoshop.
∎ Create highly engaging complex animations for a diverse array of media, including smartphones, tablets and the web.
∎ Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for the project.
∎ Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
∎ Keeping abreast of advancements in animation as well as new technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in production design and popular music to deliver cutting edge work.
∎ Collaborate with the social, marketing, and production teams to design and create custom motion graphics for compelling and engaging content.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Prior experience with and a strong portfolio of motion graphics work.
∎ High-level of proficiency with graphic design software packages and technology (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator & In-Design).
∎ Knowledge of production graphics packages and Social Media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Snapchat.
∎ A never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft.
