∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Advertising Ageny, Architecture Firm, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Responsible for managing DTP and Print Media related activities i.e. Prepare AD, Schedule, AD Booking Confirmation, Delivery AD Matter, Negotiation With All Parties, Regular Contact With Newspaper Officials.
∎ • Responsible for managing Electronic Media related activities i.e. Prepare Media Plan, Contact & Negotiation With All TV Channels, Beta Cam Delivery.
∎ • Bill Processing, Follow up to Accounts Department for payment.
∎ • Responsible for Presentation Materials i.e. Negotiation with all parties, Design selection, Quality Control, Supervision.
∎ • Responsible for Out Door Activities: Bill Board/Neon Board/Mega Sign Designee, Sourcing and Execution.
∎ • To visit different site for different business development activities i.e. set up light box when presentation material printing, Market survey, Weekly site visit.
∎ • Responsible for generating AD Concept, Share creative ideas with all concern person/Dept, Looking company benefits, all type of job related work, when management required.
∎ • Creative Design capability using Adobe Creative Suite- Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Adobe Illustrator for Banner, Brochures, Dangler, Posters, Sticker, Wobblers, leaflets, web site mock-ups, logo, Employee Card, Business Card & typography.
∎ • Designing vector graphics for internal use and for external projects.
∎ • Preparing image-rich PowerPoint presentations and videos.
∎ • Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic projects.
∎ • Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including website, slide presentation, etc.
∎ • Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
∎ • Participate in a brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.
∎ • Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards.
∎ • Any other activities as and when required by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Should have proper knowledge on DSLR Camera (Photography & Cinematography)
∎ • Should be able to cooperate with team members with a good attitude
∎ • 2 years + agency experience, preferably in an advertising firm
∎ • Ability to illustrate well-considered design thinking and roll-out of the design concept to finished art.
∎ • Candidate must have a high level of mastery in relevant software, such as ***Illustrator, Indesign, ***Photoshop and ***After Effects.
∎ • Ability to articulate creative concepts clearly and succinctly and good presentation skills are essential.
∎ • Must have an understanding and keep up to date with the latest creative and design trends.
