∎ Ability to create designs for both digital and print media.
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including motion graphics.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer cum Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You'll create visually engaging designs across digital platforms such as social media, email campaigns, website UX, video thumbnails, mockups, and print materials.
∎ A strong grasp of design principles, motion graphics, and branding is essential to deliver impactful visual communication.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Social Media Design: Create eye-catching and engaging visual content for social media platforms, including static posts, carousels, banners, and motion graphics that align with the brand’s identity.
∎ Motion Graphics: Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for videos, social media, and promotional materials.
∎ Email Marketing: Develop visually appealing email templates, graphics, and banners that drive engagement and conversions.
∎ Website UX Design: Collaborate with the web development team to design user-centric website layouts, graphics, and interactive elements that enhance the user experience.
∎ Video Thumbnails: Design compelling video thumbnails that attract viewers and encourage clicks across various video platforms.
∎ Creative Mockups: Generate creative mockups and prototypes for presentations, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
∎ Print Design: Design and prepare print-ready files for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and other promotional items.
∎ Branding: Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s branding guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual communication.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements, conceptualize ideas, and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
∎ Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
