∎ Schedule (hours/days): 37.5 hours in a week starting from Sunday through Thursday
∎ Job Summary :
∎ Johns Hopkins University Center for Communication Programs (CCP) is hiring a Graphic designer for a USAID-funded integrated health communication program focused on capacity strengthening and behavior change in four distinct health areas: Nutrition, Family Planning, Tuberculosis and Maternal and Child Health.
∎ The graphic designer is mainly responsible for support in developing different communication tools and materials through graphic designing, motion graphics, animations etc. and provide input in developing other digital products. This position will be working with the SBCC Technical Advisor of the Ujjiban SBCC activity in developing other innovative communication materials. This position reports to the DCOP and SBCC Advisor

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
∎ Design create artwork illustrations on brief using required software a range output (TV, digital other outputs).
∎ Provide creative inputs developing layout.
∎ Contribute ideas and ways to minimize cost and time.
∎ Work under pressure, deliver outputs quickly, efficiently to high standard.
∎ Develop communication material for outreach activities.
∎ Undertake other relevant tasks responsibilities requested by your line manager requirements
∎ Candidates show practical technical creativity.
∎ Experience 2D Modeling/ Vector Graphics essential

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having at least three years of experience in national / international organizations specially in development organizations.
∎ Possess high level of knowledge of desktop design software, such as Illustrator, InDesign or QuarkXPress, and image-editing packages such as Photoshop.
∎ Have wider understanding on development context in Bangladesh
∎ Have working knowledge on motion and computer graphic
∎ Ability to be a self-starter and can work under pressure
∎ Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Bangla
∎ Be an excellent communicator, with analytical and management skills
∎ Desired qualifications and attributes:
∎ Bangladeshi citizen.
∎ Competent in Possess high level of knowledge of desktop design software, such as Illustrator, InDesign or QuarkXPress, and image-editing packages such as Photoshop Microsoft Office.
∎ Language Skills: Excellent written and oral skills in Bangla and English.
