Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designer should be a self-starter and comfortable to work with diverse team.
∎ Study design briefs and determine requirements.
∎ Prepare rough drafts, present ideas, and amend designs after feedback.
∎ Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs as required.
∎ Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphics and make trim cards, swatch boards and color palettes for each season.
∎ Work with copywriters and creative heads to produce the final design.
∎ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
∎ Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, and market trends.
∎ Independently perform medium to high complexity creative tasks that are cohesive, simple, intuitive, and customer-centric while following the brand style guides in a timely manner.
∎ Intermediate/high proficiency in design principles like typography, composition, scale, color theory, and an advanced knowledge of how those principles work together.
∎ Visit the various local fabric and accessories market on a regular basis to source the best raw material for the product line.
∎ Must be willing to Multitask under pressure, long hours and other jobs & responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years of working Experience Textile/Apparel designing knowledge will be added advantage
∎ Effective written and verbal communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Portfolio of work.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Depending upon experience
