Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Graphic Design with digital marketing or social media management Design visually engaging graphics, banners, info graphics, social-media posts, brochures, marketing materials, social media creative, and brand assets. Excellent communication, persuasion and creative skills Strong knowledge of Graphic Design & social media marketing, paid ads and SEO/SEM basics. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or other creative tools is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute graphic design, digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)

• Manage graphic design, social media accounts, content scheduling, and engagement strategies

• Strong knowledge of graphic design & Facebook Marketing or Meta Ads manager

• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights

• Design creative visuals and ad copies in coordination with the counselor’s team

• Develop and structure web pages and layouts for websites, landing pages, and marketing platforms

• Support the counseling and sales team with graphic design or digital marketing content and reporting

• Salary will be increased as per performance.
