Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Full-time graphics designer. Who has the initiative, experience, and self-motivation to take on challenges to deliver high-quality results.
∎ Basic Video Editing or Motion Graphics.
∎ Understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
∎ Stay up-to-date with design trends and implement innovative ideas.
∎ Photoshop, Illustrator knowledge must be required, basic knowledge in Premiere Pro/ After Effects.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the creative team and clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
∎ Develop innovative and engaging design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for various digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
∎ Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content that align with clients' brand guidelines and project objectives.
∎ Ensure all designs are visually cohesive, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with current design trends and best practices.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your design skills and knowledge.
∎ Sharing trendy marketing ideas with clients and also meeting with Develop relevant content, publish in digital channels and regularly maintain the channels to reach the company's target customers, clients as per requirements.

∎ Age 18 to 30 years

∎ Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your design skills and knowledge.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
