• Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)
• Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A)
• University of Chittagong,University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology students will get preference

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Writing high-quality, SEO-friendly content optimized for search engines, website, blog, social platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Google Ad and other and marketing campaigns.

• Design different types of layouts & illustrations & typography for promotional items, packaging, posters, brochure, leaflet, booklet, magazine, banner, backdrop, logo etc.

• Develop compelling content that highlights our projects, services, and company values.

• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to ensure our content is relevant and up-to-date.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

• Experience working with packaging design and understanding of print production processes.

• Knowledge of motion design and video editing is an added advantage.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially working with cross-functional teams such as marketing and product development.

• Previous experience in designing for export markets will be preferred.

• Knowledge of food industry design trends is a plus.

• Create concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.

• Identify customers` needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company`s current content.

• Create new marketing ideas effective for business development.

• Research and organize facts and sources.

• Edit and polish existing content to improve readability.

• Analysis the market and go with the recent and most effective trends.

• Understand Brand Identity Guideline (BIG) & prepare designs aligned with BIG.

• Any Other tasks assigned by management.
