Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A), Diploma in Civil, Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Diploma/Bachelor in any Subject

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making Exterior 3D Design of any built projects e.g., Shopping Mall, Commercial Building, Residential Projects etc. within a tight schedule.
∎ Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design in any 3D Software like Sketch up or 3DS Max.
∎ Making promotional video ads in Adobe After Effect and Premiere Pro.
∎ Making and design company brochure, catalog, leaflet, signboard, billboard using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
∎ Making graphical 2D or 3D contents (both still and motion) for company websites and social media by using Photoshop, Illustrator or any kind of 3D Software e.g., 3DS Max or Sketch up.
∎ Making designs for all kinds of offset printing work.
∎ Design 3D models, Interior and create animations.
∎ Product Modeling, Texturing and Rendering.
∎ The visualizer must have strong capability on Residence Design, Office Design, Retail Shop Design, Restaurant Design, Hospital Design, Club Design, Exhibition Gallery Design, Stall Design and Stage Design with full working drawing.
∎ Visit the market physically and collect prices from the root label e.g., manufacturer, worker, factory, printing press, shop or supplier etc.
∎ Simple digital marketing and monitoring and operating company social media websites and apps e.g., Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Google Page and Websites.
∎ Perform other responsibilities associated with this position.
∎ Any Other Design related duties assigned by Management or higher officials.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good working knowledge in any 3D Software: Sketch up or 3DS Max
∎ Good observational skills and ability to recreate 3D models.
∎ High-Level knowledge of lighting, shadows, and textures.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior and Exterior Design & Drawing.
∎ Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effect.
∎ No experience requirement, if you know the above work and if you have skill on the above things, and if you are confident in the above work, you are highly encouraged to join with us.
∎ You must be tested Practically on the above software specially on Sketch up or 3DS Max.
