Educational Requirements:
∎ Fine Arts Graduate or, any discipline with 2/3 years diploma in Multimedia/Graphic Design;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Reportable to: Executive Director
∎ Background: As CRI is working for different type of publications and have a long-term vision to open a publishing house, so CRI needs an expert full time Graphic Designer for quality output of publication.
∎ Contract period: Initially one year.
∎ Probation period: Three months
∎ Office hour: As per HR Policy of the Organization
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pre-press Publication design, Infographics design, digital campaign materials design, photography, videography, audio editing;
∎ Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research;
∎ Responsible for creating design solutions, that has a high visual impact;
∎ Can read, visualize & illustrate all the theme and requirements;
∎ The role involves listening to stakeholders and understanding their needs before making design decisions;
∎ The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines;
∎ Had out of box thinking & creativity for design with proved experience;
∎ Meeting managers to discuss the objectives and requirements of the job;
∎ Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing estimate to the finance department;
∎ Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;
∎ Determine the message the design should portray;
∎ Create images that identify a product or convey a message;
∎ Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to ED;
∎ Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
∎ Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
∎ Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches;
∎ Working on layouts and art working pages ready for print;
∎ Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers;
Additional Requirements:
∎ A good eye for design, layout and detail with analytical and problem-solving skills;
∎ 3 years' work experience with this fields like Infographic, Publication makeup/design (DTP), 2D/3D design and Animation, Photo Editing;
∎ Excellent IT skills and exceptional creativity and innovation, especially with design and photo-editing software like Adobe CS 2018 (Illustrator, InDesign/QuarkXPress, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier, Audition), 3D Studio Max and Maya;
∎ Excellent time management, accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills;
∎ Excellent writing skills both in English and Bangla;
∎ Promoting organizational learning and knowledge sharing;
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact in a Team;
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
