Responsibilities & Context:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong understanding of design principles and best practices
Excellent visual communication skills
Experience with branding and marketing collateral creation (web graphics, social media graphics, presentations, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to lead and mentor junior designers, manage projects from concept to completion, and provide strategic design direction.
