∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Proven experience (Min 2 Years) working as a Graphic Designer in the industry or a similar role.
∎ • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
∎ • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.
∎ • Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
∎ • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
∎ • Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
∎ • Experience with 3D design software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D) is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Collaborate with the creative team and clients to understand project objectives, requirements, and target audience. Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a wide range of BTL marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, banners, packaging, point-of-sale displays, and promotional merchandise.
∎ • Create visually appealing layouts and graphics that align with brand guidelines and project briefs.
∎ • Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to produce high-quality designs that meet client expectations and project deadlines.
∎ • Stay updated on emerging design trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance design capabilities and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
∎ • Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to clients and team members, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
∎ • Work closely with printers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure the successful production and delivery of final design assets.
∎ • Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects, ensuring version control and easy access for future reference.
∎ • While experience in 3D design is a plus, it is not mandatory for this role.
