Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and diverse design projects.
∎ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant design tools.
∎ Proficiency in creating visual content for digital and print platforms.
∎ Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with project goals.
∎ Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
∎ Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and inspire team members to achieve project excellence.
∎ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
∎ Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
∎ Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus but not mandatory.
