∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Fluent in English Communication both in Written and Spoken
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adobe After Effects, Adobe indesign, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adove Illustrator, Figma
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, Software Company
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing brand strategy and providing creative concepts and designs to the different campaigns from our Dhaka office.
∎ Develop the PSDs and Videos from the assets provided by the clients
∎ Co-operate with the developers to recreate the PSDs from the client’s feedback and accept huge changes.
∎ Experienced designer must have good knowledge of working with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightworks, Figma.
∎ Proof of works must be shown on platforms such as Behance or other.
∎ Plan ahead to develop strategies that meet the objectives and contribute plannings for production teams to optimize resources which produces quality and timely outputs for the company.
∎ Must have the ability to think outside the box and create new ideas.
∎ Brainstorm on creative ideas and approaches and also do research for the projects.
∎ You will be working within the google advertising ecosystem: Campaign Manager, DV360 and Creative Studio.
∎ Must consider to work after office hours for urgent projects and deliveries.
∎ Must be fluent in English to communicate with the foreign management.
∎ The interview will be conducted in English.
∎ Freshers can apply for the Junior Designer position.

∎ Flexible and friendly with team members
∎ Open minded and dedicated during working hours
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Knowledge in online marketing materials like Adwords ads, Rich Media ads, Facebook ads etc is a big big plus. Fluent communication in English, also spoken! A video interview with management will be the first step.
