Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience in graphic or fashion print design

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong creative and conceptual design ability
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Knowledge of fashion prints and garment graphics
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Good communication skills in Bangla and English
• Strong attention to detail and trend awareness

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our Design & Product Development team. The role involves researching print trends, creating original artwork, and supporting sample development through innovative graphic concepts. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, an eye for fashion trends, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze upcoming print and graphic design trends.

• Develop unique and creative design concepts aligned with market demand.

• Create original artwork for own design proposals.

• Design All-Over Prints (AOP), placement prints, and graphic t-shirts.

• Collaborate with in-house teams to experiment with new design techniques.

• Support sample development by preparing graphic-based designs.

• Ensure design quality and consistency across product ranges.

• Meet timelines and support seasonal design requirements.
