∎ Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other motion graphics and video editing tools.
∎ Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D animation software is a plus.
∎ Expertise in advanced video effects and motion design techniques.
∎ Familiarity with Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve for advanced video editing.
∎ Video Editing & Production:
∎ Strong skills in video editing, including cutting, trimming, adding visual effects, transitions, and synchronizing with audio/voiceover.
∎ Ability to create modern, professional-grade videos that align with marketing goals and project requirements.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A solid portfolio showcasing both video and graphic design work is mandatory.
∎ Hands-on expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop (experience with Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Canva is a plus)
∎ Deep understanding of video editing techniques: framing, pacing, sound syncing, transitions, and storytelling
∎ Knowledge of color grading, audio balancing, and lighting correction in post-production
∎ Familiarity with design principles including visual hierarchy, typography, branding, and user engagement
∎ Strong sense of aesthetics and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visuals
∎ A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to accept feedback constructively
∎ Ability to multitask and manage deadlines under pressure in a creative, fast-moving environment
