Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.S./B.A. degree in a related field such as design preferred but not required and/or a killer portfolio showing off executions as well as concepts
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Creative Cloud, Animator, Sketching
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Illustrator, 3D Animation, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce, Food (Packaged)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Crafting content like social posts, banner ads, print ads, etc...
∎ Supporting the design team's overall efforts
∎ Some product designs
∎ And then a few wildcard assignments for good measure
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Top notch organizational skills in order to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines
∎ Flexibility and adaptability; ability to solve problems like a pro and work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment... all while being able to switch gears and accept change as priorities change
∎ The ability to follow the rules and seamlessly bend them when necessary
∎ Knowledge of brand identity, voice, and the ability to adhere to brand standards
∎ You have the ability to collaborate, take direction, and keep your cool under pressure
∎ Strong layout skills and incredible typography skills
∎ Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Applications (Specifically Illustrator, Photoshop)
∎ Familiarity with social media platforms, and knowledge of best practices for design
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and a good sense of humor (you'll need it)
∎ Strong sketching skills are a plus
∎ Experience with animated GIF creation & simple animation is an extra plus
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
