Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct overall operation, sourcing and branding.
∎ Develop and execute long-term business strategies to drive brand expansion and market share.
∎ Oversee product development, ensuring alignment with market trends and brand identity.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue through retail stores, e-commerce, and wholesale partnerships.
∎ Lead the development of marketing campaigns, advertising, PR, and digital marketing initiatives.
∎ Set and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality and brand value.
∎ Optimize the supply chain to ensure timely and efficient production and distribution.
∎ Train all the personnel like POS operator, salesman.
∎ ensure excellent customer service and brand experience across all touchpoints.
