∎ Master’s degree in Marketing / Management/ Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ MBA/ English/Chemistry from any reputed university.
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 13 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead a large sales team to develop market & individual sales employees.
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor Sales & Marketing activities to achieve continuous effective Market target
∎ Develop proper forecasting plan and inventory management in the customer level.
∎ Build strong network in the segment of Traders and End users.
∎ Resolve all sales related issues and problem risen from market by coordinating with immediate supervisor and other departments
∎ Maintain liaison with existing & potential customer to ensure the business objective.
∎ Keep the management daily update on sales progress.
∎ Take the challenge to meet the sales target and report to the management.
∎ Monitor competitor activity.
∎ Develop Channel Marketing.
∎ Prepare Sales Plan for developing the market.
∎ Increase brand and product awareness to the customers.
∎ Prepare daily, Weekly Monthly reports according to business requirements.
∎ Attend team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
∎ Visit regularly with Engineers & Government Office to create of Market Demand.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
∎ Must be a team player.
∎ Must have strong communication skill.
