∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/Civil/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing efficient leadership for factory management.
∎ Research and development for improvement of product quality & quantity.
∎ Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery.
∎ Monitor day to day operation and supervise all unites of factory.
∎ Responsibility of doing the feasibility study of new machinery.
∎ Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs.
∎ Ensuring proper safety of the persons, materials as well as for the factory.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machine and materials to improve production capacity.
∎ Maintain liaison with Head office.
∎ Ensure sending of information /data to Head office regularly.
∎ To perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
∎ To manage, training and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
∎ Coordination and follow up with Govt. authority (if needed)
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
