∎ Proven track record of managing and growing an educational or training institution.
∎ Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Proficiency in using training management systems and e-learning platforms.
∎ Proven experience in conducting government training and ability to transfer knowledge in the field of ICT.
∎ Proven Experience in Managing Govt Projects in the IT sector.
∎ Age 30 to 40 yearsMust have experience in Training & Development, and Academy Training.
∎ Proven track record of managing and growing an educational or training institution.
∎ Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Proficiency in using training management systems and e-learning platforms.
∎ Proven experience in conducting government training and ability to transfer knowledge in the field of ICT.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement the Academy's strategic plan to achieve growth and enhance market presence.
∎ Identify emerging trends in the IT industry and integrate them into the Academy’s training programs.
∎ Prepare a yearly training plan, including the courses offered by the Academy, and implement the plan strategically.
∎ Establish effective liaison with polytechnics and universities to increase the Academy's business growth.
∎ Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships, ensuring confidentiality.
∎ Supervise the counseling activities of the Academy and ensure proper management.
∎ Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
∎ Advise on all learning and training materials, and course details.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by higher management.
