Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, plan and implement business objectives and strategies.
∎ Set ambitious goals for business growth and success.
∎ Oversee daily operations and implement policies and procedures.
∎ Establish appropriate relationships and communication with suppliers and other key people to ensure all materials, supplies, tools, equipment and personnel are for completing project works in time.
∎ Enough experiences on E-Tending, Tender Preparations and Tender Bidding etc.Maintain close liaison with different Semi Government/ Government Organizations like Army, Navy, Air Force, Rajuk, PWD, PDB, Roads & Highways and Civil Aviation for project purpose.Report to the Director-Operation (RCL).Be located at Head Office of the Group but must undertake frequent visit both at Dhaka and outside of Dhaka.
