∎ • Excellent verbal and written fluency in English & Bengali• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.
∎ • Ability to perform complex tasks in efficient manner• Ability to work in the challenging condition• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
∎ • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
∎ • Ability to work on deadline driven work environment.

It achieved internationally recognized certification ISO 9001:2015. We intended to recruit a General Manager - Supply Chain. Applications are invited from the deserving candidates for this top level position.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Direct the activities of all functions involved in the purchasing, planning, warehousing and control of materials from the supplier.
∎ • Develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of the meterial of construction.
∎ • Develop strategies, policies, procedures, and overall team to optimize value of the entire company.
∎ • Participate in existing and new product planning processes to assure timely acquisition of materials to support product
∎ • Develop and manage quarterly and yearly departmental budgets.
∎ • Keep detailed records, generate reports and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.•
∎ • Assist logistics process for the development of new meterials, inventory maintenance, manufacturing.
∎ • Understand accounting, legal documents and build lasting relationships as they increase efficiency and focus on project optimization.
∎ • Review, compare, analyze, make reports and get approval for the products and services to be purchased.
∎ • Assist to Source, Comparative Study, Negotiate and Purchase Materials from local vendors.
∎ • Ensure the availability of all type of components in due time. Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
∎ • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, shipment times, product ranges, etc.
∎ • Research and evaluate prospective vendors• Maintain liaison with vendors and negotiate contracts.
∎ • Prepare budget, cost analyses, and reports• Coordinate with regulatory organizations (Chief controller's office of Imports/Exports, customs and different Ministries) and obtain the relevant permission.
∎ • Any other tasks assigned by the Managing Director/ Chairman / CEO.
