Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. MBA will be added an advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage, organize and oversee all manufacturing projects and operations. Production cost, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs.
∎ To optimize productivity and maintain high standards of the products. Ability to understand all the design, color matching of coating.
∎ Create and implement best practice manufacturing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business Performance. To manage quality policy and support on any quality management system used in the implement in the Company such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 standards.
∎ Develop and manage master production schedule and operations budgets for products to directly support and ensure that the product is delivered to agreed cost, quality and timelines.
∎ Develop the organization's equipment and electrical installation maintenance processes; ensuring that all equipment is well maintained and PAT Tested at appropriate intervals.
∎ Identifying deficiencies in mechanical processes and developing improvements. Develop concepts, products, and solutions by working with company business units.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years working experience in paint production.
∎ Advance knowledge operating paint production machines.
∎ Advance written and spoken English.

Salary:
∎ Basic Salary Tk. 2,40,000.00, House rent Tk. 60,000.00, Conveyance Allowance Tk. 10,000.00 and Medical Tk. 10,000.00 per month as per company policy.
