Job Context:
∎ A reputed Group of Companies engaged in Land Development business is looking for potential candidate for the position of General Manager (Land Project Development) at Head Office, Dhaka.
∎ The Land project is located in the vicinity of Dhaka.
∎ The project is in fully running condition and development work is almost 60-70% completed.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall project development related works.
∎ He will coordinate all the associated activities related to land project development and ensure timely completion of the project works as per the scheduled timeframe.
∎ Candidates having commendable expertise in Land Project Development are only encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 12 years experience in relevant field in any large land development organization (s), out of which 3 years in similar level position.
∎ Excellent Leadership and organizing skills
∎ Maintain effective liaison with govt. agencies and project implementation related important institutions/personnel.
∎ Effective business communication, coordination and negotiation skills
∎ Able to work independently & should be result oriented.
