∎ • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet hospital goals.
∎ • Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government and insurers.
∎ • Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare for inspections.
∎ • Develop risk management plans and lead crisis response efforts.
∎ • Oversee healthcare information systems, marketing & promotions.
