Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil / Mechanical from reputed Institute/ University with exceptional track record may be considered as an ideal candidate.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent would be completely responsible for:
∎ The candidate will be responsible for all kinds of job related to Factory Administration and Production.
∎ To ensure Factory production schedule maximizes our resources, minimizes waste & is strictly adhered to.
∎ To be completely responsible for total safety and security of all men, material of the factory specially from fire, explosion or any malicious damage i.e. Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).
∎ To be aware of stock position of raw materials and its consumption, maintenance of Register for machineries and create weekly consolidated report (Officer Supply Chain job). Besides, daily stock report to be given to the Head Office. Also responsible for the store maintenance and store accounts.
∎ Knowledge of design about Steel & RCC structure.
∎ To be updated with latest Labour Laws of the country to deal with any discipline cases.
∎ Any emergency of the Factory (off hour), the Management would expect your immediate presence at factory to deal with any untoward situation.
∎ To develop cordial relationship with relevant Civil Administration/Political Personalities/ Local Elites / People to deal with any internal/external outrage/issues. To develop good relationship with local utility services departments like REB, Titas Gas etc.
∎ To ensure the total quality of products / manufactured in accordance with strict relevant standard or design and as per customer's specific requirement and procedures. (QS officer job).
∎ Place of duty at Factory, Bahadurpur, Gazipur & have to stay 06 (Six) days in a week in the factory. Besides, for any emergency of the Factory (off hour), the Management would expect your immediate presence at factory to deal with any untoward situation.
∎ To develop a well organized and effective team where you will play the pivotal role as TEAM LEADER to achieve the mission of the Factory.
∎ To develop a succession plan and to develop successor, proper training plan to be made for respective field and make individual section/department self-reliant including non-permanent personnel.
∎ Any other assignment/job not detailed herein & felt conductive by Management as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the relevant field will be preferably in Pre-fabricated Steel Building Manufacturing Industries.
∎ Should have the good knowledge of STAADPro, ETABS, TEKLA, Connection design software, Auto CAD, etc.
∎ Must have excellent oral and written English communication skill, dynamic leadership, negotiation and planning/budgeting competency backed by understanding of design & detailing is also pre-requisite.
∎ Must be energetic & capable to handle pressure.
