Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plans, directs & coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame & funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
∎ Reviews of project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements & allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
∎ Prepares project reports for management, client or others. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice & to resolve problems.
∎ Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other agencies.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Specially Tenders, Documents knowledge, Estimation, Making and Submission must be preferable, labor management, overall quality management and full time supervision capacity for construction of a modern Bridge, High-rise Building, Factory Building, Road & Building, and Power Plant Sub-Station work.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on MS Project including Microsoft office program.
∎ Knowledge of principles, practices and techniques of surveying, civil engineering, construction and engineering inspections
∎ Providing support in day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring of the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
∎ Acting as the main technical adviser on construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives.
∎ Assisting Project Manager in managing and delivery of the project.
∎ Liaising with the subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyor and the general workforce involved in the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering, cost estimating knowledge, Project bidding, Project Management, quantity surveyor, Tender Preparation
∎ Good leadership, execution skill, smartness, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage any embarrassing situation.
∎ Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations.
∎ Project management and supervision skills.
∎ Will be responsible all building construction & project work of the organization.
∎ As per company demands candidates must have to travel Every Running Project.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline.
