∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum of 10 years of experience in the gas/mining or utility sector.
∎ Proven track record of successfully managing and coordinating projects.
∎ In-depth knowledge of core operations of the Petroleum sector such as Exploration, Production, distribution etc. with business process and software.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
∎ Proficiency in project management software and tools.
∎ Professional certifications (e.g., CEM, CPE, PE, LEED, PMP) are highly desirable.
∎ Experience with sustainability and environmental management initiatives.
∎ Familiarity with digital tools and technologies used in the gas/mining or utility sector.

∎ Lead and coordinate projects within the gas/mining or utility sector, ensuring timely and successful completion.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
∎ Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
∎ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
∎ Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
∎ Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and performance metrics.
∎ Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution.
∎ Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices.
