Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Web Developer with expertise in
∎ WordPress development and WooCommerce to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Web
∎ Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications,
∎ custom WordPress themes, and plugins. You will also be responsible for integrating third-party
∎ services and APIs into WordPress sites, managing WooCommerce e-commerce solutions, and
∎ ensuring optimal website performance and functionality. This is an exciting opportunity to lead

∎ developers.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop fully functional, responsive, and user-friendly custom WordPress themes and plugins.
∎ Design and implement website layouts and user interfaces that meet clients' needs and preferences.
∎ Integrate third-party services and APIs into WordPress sites to improve functionality and user experience.
∎ Troubleshoot and debug website issues to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
∎ Perform regular website maintenance and updates to ensure security and stability.
∎ Manage website backups and implement security measures to prevent data loss and
∎ breaches.
∎ Optimize website performance and search engine rankings to improve visibility and
∎ attract more traffic.
∎ Develop custom WooCommerce themes and extensions to support clients' e-commerce needs.
∎ Set up and configure WooCommerce stores to enable online transactions.
∎ Integrate payment gateways and shipping methods into WooCommerce sites to facilitate smooth transactions.
∎ Manage products, orders, and customer data in WooCommerce to ensure accuracy and completeness.
∎ Troubleshoot and debug WooCommerce-related issues to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
∎ Optimize WooCommerce performance and user experience to enhance customer
∎ engagement and retention.
∎ Develop and maintain web applications, including front-end and back-end components, to meet client requirements.
∎ Collaborate with designers to implement responsive and visually appealing user
∎ interfaces.
∎ Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using industry best practices.
∎ Implement and integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance website functionality.
∎ Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality and error-free code.
∎ Optimize website performance and scalability through code optimization and database tuning.
∎ Collaborate with team members to identify and address technical issues and challenges.
∎ Stay updated with the latest web development trends, technologies, and frameworks.
∎ Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.
∎ Deploy web applications to production environments and ensure smooth operation.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements.
∎ Estimate project timelines and provide timely updates on progress.
∎ Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues reported by users.
∎ Continuously improve coding skills and learn new technologies to enhance expertise.
∎ Develop and maintain web-based applications using modern technologies and
∎ frameworks, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
∎ Collaborate with designers, product owners, and other developers to deliver high-quality software that meets client requirements.
∎ Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software development, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
∎ Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using front-end programming languages such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
∎ Design and implement server-side components using back-end programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or PHP.
∎ Integrate front-end components with back-end components to create a seamless user experience and ensure data flow between the client and server.
∎ Create and maintain APIs to allow for data exchange between the client and server,
∎ following RESTful principles and ensuring security and scalability.
∎ Troubleshoot and debug web applications, identifying and resolving issues to ensure
∎ optimal performance and functionality.
∎ Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development, evaluating
∎ and adopting new tools and frameworks to enhance development efficiency and
∎ capabilities.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product owners, and
∎ project managers, to gather and analyze requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure successful project delivery.
∎ Continuously improve coding skills and stay updated with industry standards and best practices, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers when needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
∎ At least 3 years of experience in WordPress development and WooCommerce expertise.
∎ Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, PHP, and MySQL.
∎ Extensive experience in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins from
∎ scratch.
∎ Experience in integrating third-party services and APIs into WordPress sites.
∎ Knowledge of e-commerce marketplace-related technology, particularly WooCommerce.
∎ Familiarity with various commonplace and proven plugins such as Advanced Custom Fields, Gravity Forms, The Events Calendar, s2Member, and BuddyPress.
∎ Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with designers, developers, and project managers.
∎ Strong time-management and organizational skills.
∎ Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
∎ Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
∎ Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, or Python.
∎ Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL or MongoDB.
∎ Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
∎ Familiarity with server-side languages and frameworks like Express.js or Django.
∎ Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them into web applications.
∎ Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
∎ Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.
∎ Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools.
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
∎ Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
∎ Knowledge of security best practices in web development.
∎ Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer, with expertise in both front-end and back-end development.
