Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including organizing and distributing packages.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry - Provide general administrative support to the team as needed Requirements.
Follow up on all social media comments & messages and give replies & feedback as per customers` requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service orientation with a professional and positive demeanor.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organization and time management skills.
