Job Context:
∎ WellDev is a software development company that builds robust applications for international clients. We are looking for a Front Desk Officer (Female) to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate must have a pleasant personality, be fluent in English and have a professional appearance to communicate effectively with visitors and recruitment candidates.
∎ Office hours: 8 hours and 30 minutes, beginning at 8:00 AM.
∎ Two days of weekend (Friday & Saturday).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and welcome all kinds of visitors and employees upon arrival at the office.
∎ Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
∎ Provide basic, accurate information & general assistance (both in-person and via phone/email)
∎ Receive, sort & safe keep daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
∎ Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
∎ Assist C levels and Managers on different administrative tasks.
∎ Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and mailing.
∎ Coordinate office supplies and keep stock inventory.
∎ Assist with organizing and coordinating events.
∎ Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Front Desk Officer / Admin Assistant or similar role.
∎ Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is a MUST.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
∎ Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Working knowledge on Gsuite will be an added advantage.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
∎ Professional appearance and cordial demeanor.
∎ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
∎ Familiarity with basic office equipment (e.g. printers, copiers, scanners).
∎ 1 to 3+ years of professional experience in a comparable position.

Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
