∎ Welcome the clients, visitors, or guests in a professional and friendly manner.
∎ Ensure the front desk area is properly maintained to uphold the image of the company.
∎ Responds to the incoming calls and makes outgoing telephone calls as per requirement.
∎ Keeps the records for all Incoming and outgoing dispatches, samples mail, cards, bank documents, samples, garments related documents etc. and sending the same to the respective person/s.
∎ Meets and Greets guests, buyers, and others and respond to their inquiries.
∎ Providing ‘Service with a smile’ all times sitting in the front desk.
∎ Provides information and coordinates internal and external meetings, events, interviews, etc.
∎ Manages and ensures cleanliness at the reception areas and desk.
∎ Suggests and recommends changes for the beautifications of the studio (front office display).
∎ Performs other related duties as required.
∎ Age 29 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be smart and well groomed with pleasant personality.
∎ Computer literate.
∎ Fluency in English (Writing & Speaking).
∎ Having knowledge on Garments/textile industry similar position will be preferred
