Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome the clients, visitors, or guests in the front-office and maintain records
∎ Ensure the front desk area is properly maintained to uphold the image of the company
∎ Keep a record of all international couriers (incoming-outgoing) like DHL, FedEx, TnT etc. and send all couriers to the concerned person
∎ Prepare total visitors to report every day and send to the Administration department
∎ Answer incoming telephone calls, take messages, provide the necessary information, make community referrals and direct calls to staff members
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 years of working experience in the relevant area is preferable
∎ Should be good looking, smart and minimum height will be 5 feet 5 inches
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Polite, Friendly, Well-mannered with good telephone voice
∎ Punctual & Hardworking
∎ Proficient in MS Office
∎ Ability to handle the pressure
