Candidate must have sufficient language skill (B2 or C1) in French language.
Must be customer oriented.
Candidates experienced in BPO industry, telecommunication, airlines, customer cate, hotel shall be preferred but it’s not a mandatory requirement.
Responsibilities & Context:
To maintain effective communication with French Officials.
To ensure day-to-day office activities.
Conduct regular Audits for all processes & implement all new process rollouts or changes.
To ensure customer satisfaction.
To ensure local & international compliance, 100% implementation of SOP standards.
To ensure team building. Staff supervision & guidance.
Coordinate with different department like HR, Finance, Procurement, Administration, Quality, Branding etc.
To Ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage daily operations of the center.
