Responsibilities & Context:

Rangpur Community Medical College Hospital is one of the renowned Institutions in Bangladesh. Sister Concern of Rangpur Group. We are looking for experienced and skillful individuals to above post.

  • Ensure food quality meets company standards.

  • Maintain close attention to patient party & other customer feedback and take corrective actions.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve client satisfaction.

  • Partnership with other department heads to ensure patient/client satisfaction and quality foods·

  • Ensure smooth hospitality operations & respond to customer/patient party queries and complaints.

  • Lead and manage hospitality operations, including front desk, sales, housekeeping, food & beverage and maintenance.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the client experience, drive revenue, and maintain profitability.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient/client satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory standards.

  • Address any issues related to quality food management.

  • Foster a positive work environment and uphold the company’s brand values and standards.

  • Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory and food items supplies.

  • Continuously develop patient/client relations and staffs skill.

  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, healthy & safety environment.

  • Monitor kitchen operations to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Has to be physically fit to work long hours and during weekends.

  • Any other task assigned by management
