• Only Male

• Tech base person.

• Understanding and writing capacity of basic English.

• Oversee and manage the quality control process for all client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Implement and maintain efficient workflows to streamline production processes, including scripting for software like Photoshop and Lightroom.

• Collaborate with the production team to enhance productivity and optimize quality.

• Handle all test work received from potential clients, ensuring the highest standards are met before final delivery.

• Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards across all projects.

• Propose and implement process improvements to achieve operational efficiency.

• Excellent understanding of quality assurance in post-production image editing.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in quality control.

• Identify training needs and based on that prepare & plan training accordingly for teams performance improvement.

• Ability to create and manage automated scripts to improve processing speed and have knowledge regarding AI generated image processing.

• Can able to work on Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom and have experience with different high end retouching like - model, E-commerce products, Jewelry (different ornaments; gold & diamond) etc.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Willingness to do overtime duty.

• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Project Manager or from HOD.
