Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct of Testing & Commissioning as per buyer requirement.
Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis checklist of Fire Detection & Protection System.
Monitor and ensure that facilities for Fire hydrant, Fire pumps & Fire Detection controller are adequate and working properly as per RMG Sustainability Council (RSC), Fire Service Civil Defense and Buyer code of conduct.
Daily walk around / Floor visit & ensure firefighting equipment and follow up Daily weekly & monthly checklist activities of firefighting team.
Develop maintenance and ensure implementation.
Make bill of materials and price Quotation of the system.
Good knowledge of set up firefighting equipment as requirement of Bangladesh Pretension Act. BNBC & NFPA Standard.
