Additional Requirements:

• Professional Fire Safety certification (from FSCD, BSCIC, or other recognized institute) preferred.

• Year of experience might be flexible for experience candidate.

• Strong knowledge of fire safety codes, equipment and emergency procedures.

• Good communication and training skills.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop, implement, and monitor the factory’s fire safety management plan in compliance with national regulations.

• Conduct regular fire risk assessments and safety inspections of all factory buildings, warehouses and production areas.

• Ensure all firefighting equipment (extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, sprinklers, etc.) are properly installed, serviced and maintained.

• Conduct and document fire drills, evacuation drills and safety training sessions for factory employees and emergency response teams.

• Coordinate with local Fire Service and Civil Defense authorities and maintain liaison for inspections and certifications.

• Supervise installation and maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems.

• Ensure safe storage and handling of flammable or hazardous materials in accordance with factory safety standards.

• Prepare and maintain records related to fire safety audits, incident reports and compliance documentation.

• Investigate any fire or safety incidents, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.

• Assist in ensuring compliance with labor law, factory act and environmental safety standards.
