∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments, Garments Finishing, Packing operation, Production Management (Finishing), Washing Factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experienced and technical know-how to mix washing chemicals, and washing technique to achieve buyer requirement on hand-feel, softness, the texture of after-washed sweater, Have knowledge about packing and Ironing.
∎ Experienced in Sweater production with large volume for at least 5-6 years.
∎ At least high school graduate or vocational graduate in any technical field
∎ Knowledgeable on how to make packing plan, packing assortment in accordance with P.O. per style.
∎ Technical know-how on improving quality in the line
∎ Knowledgeable and experience how to handle buyer QCs.
∎ Knowledgeable and technical know-how on T-shirt defects identification.
∎ Technical know-how on setting up sewing machines tension and other technique to improve productivity.
∎ Finished goods and Shipment plan monitoring
∎ Monitoring the total output of the day.
∎ Recommend any improvement as necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Can speak Chinese mandarin for easy communication to buyer

Salary: Negotiable
