Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist SVP, Client Finance with the production and maintenance of staffing-related spreadsheets, including monthly hours/revenue by client & department, actual vs. estimated hours, staff capacity by team, weekly/monthly utilization, and productivity.
∎ Utilize Optima data feed of employee timesheet data to populate and update existing Excel framework of reports.
∎ Assist with master staffing grid, hours by person and remaining hours’ reports.
∎ Assist with developing and maintaining client budget trackers including working media budgets, expenses, fees, and aging report [billable]
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have Good English verbal and written communication
∎ The candidate much have experience in Financial / Business Data Mining, Cleaning, Processing and Report Generation and Visualization in MS Excel. Candidate should have expertise in -
