Job Context:
∎ Directly reporting to: CEO, Eduko
∎ Responsible for: Finance & Accounts
∎ Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager for Eduko.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all accounting & financial matters.
∎ Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff and where necessary recommend further courses of action.
∎ Analyze costs, variable contributions and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
∎ Correspond with other departments and agreeing on actions to be taken in compliance with financial discipline.
∎ Responsible for day-to-day accounting and financial functions, reviewing of financial documents for accuracy.
∎ Maintaining records, monitoring company expenses, and ensuring that financial and account functions of the office are carried out within the framework.
∎ Establishing and maintaining the company financial integrity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferred experience: All qualified candidates must have 5 years' experience handling accounts & payroll, preferably in an educational/agency institution.
