Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA CC,ICMAB
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Corporate Law, Accounting Software, Advanced user of MS Office tools (Especially on MS Excel)., Analytical Skills, bank reconciliation, Cost Management, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ Skills Required: ACA/ ACMA, ACCA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all financial and accounting activities for business operations.
∎ Prepare, organize, and handle TAX, VAT & Joint-stock documents, TAX-VAT reports, and statements.
∎ Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principle.
∎ Oversee and deal with banks and financial institutions and maintaining bank liabilities.
∎ Develop and implement strategy to maintain smooth cash flow throughout the year.
∎ Liaison with internal and external auditor for auditing all direct and indirect taxes.
∎ Establishing effective fund management.
∎ Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met including Board of Revenue (NBR), Joint Stock Company (JSC), Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax, Provident Fund, Insurances premiums etc.
∎ Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit and liaise with the Board's Audit Committee and the external auditors as necessary.
∎ Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial issues.
∎ Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
∎ Reconcile bank and investment accounts.
∎ Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting.
∎ Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure and stored in compliance with current legislation.
∎ Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, amortized, and disposed of as appropriate.
∎ Ensure that accurate and timely financial statements are prepared in accordance with contract agreements with funding sources.
∎ Provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial activity of individual projects.
∎ Monitor risk management policies and procedures to ensure that program and organizational risks are minimized.
∎ Ensure all financial reports as required by management.
∎ Advise the organization's leadership on appropriate insurance coverage for the organization and the Board of Directors.
∎ Maximize income where possible and appropriate.
∎ Negotiate with Bank for lines of credit or other financial services as required and appropriate.
∎ Any others works as per management require.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Excel, Tally Software. Finance & accounts Operation.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts & Finance Dept.
∎ Working experience with Accounting Software.
∎ Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
∎ Professional knowledge.
∎ Meeting Deadline and Time Management.
∎ Good interpersonal, analytical & communication skill and problem solving.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good command on English
