Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation with honour's in Education from reputed university or
∎ Honour's graduate in any subject with B.Ed degree/B.Ed course.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To pay regular field visit for supervision and monitoring the program.
∎ To develop monthly activity plan.
∎ To coordinate training for PESP mentors & Supervisors.
∎ To provide technical support to develop PESP mentors & Supervisors skills.
∎ To conduct regular awareness meetings & promotional activities with parents, community people, govt. primary school teachers and related govt. officials.
∎ Responsibilities assigned by higher authority.
∎ Reporting to the Project Officer (Primary Education).
∎ Monthly & annual report writing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age not above 30 year(s) on the last date for submission of application (as per NID card)
∎ Should be Friendly, Proactive, Self-motivated and Hardworking.
∎ Good in using MS Office applications and internet browsing.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication/interpretation skills.
∎ Ability to work under stress and meet the deadlines, and
∎ Good analytical skill.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 24750 (Monthly)
∎ Tk. 24,750/- per month (consolidated) during probation period.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Probation period will be 1 (one) year with consolidated salary. After successful completion of the probationary period, the officer will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA. The benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Festival Allowance, Yearly Increment and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be provided.
∎ As per organization policy.
