∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution SR, Field SR, Marketing, Sales, Sales & Marketing, Wholesale Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Work with energetic marketing team and follow the instruction of head of Marketing and Sales
∎ Provide technical or any other support to the dealers regarding sales.
∎ Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Able to handle clients and satisfy them with set service and policies.
∎ Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
∎ Go on tours to develop new clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Commission: 5% (We have sales up to 1 crore+)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Profit share
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Salary will increase with performance and delivery time
