Responsibilities & Context:
✔ Open and manage student files (digital(99%) & physical(1%))
✔ Maintain and update student data accurately
✔ Conduct initial counselling with students (basic guidance about study abroad)
✔ Assign students to senior counsellors after primary consultation
✔ Review and assess documents carefully
✔ Cross-check spelling, information consistency, and logical accuracy of documents
✔ Ensure all files are properly organized and ready for further processing
✔ Communicate with students regarding required documents and updates
🕒 Office Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible / Adjustable)
