∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Boutique/ Fashion

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research market trends to understand new fabrics, colors, silhouettes, fits, washes
∎ Create hand-drawn sketches, designs, flat patterns, technical drawings, and other required art / illustrations
∎ Create design and concept boards to communicate seasonal direction
∎ Select textiles and color, graphics/prints, materials, fit, and trims to make popular and best-selling styles
∎ Apply garment pattern-making and garment fitting techniques to ensure proper construction.
∎ Source Materials, schedule & meet finished product preparation deadline.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 26 years
∎ Good knowledge about graphics specially adobe illustrator & PDF
∎ Good knowledge on fabrics
∎ Must be able to develop patterns, fit and pre-production samples, etc.
∎ Should have vast knowledge about hand stitch, karchupi, print and embroidery (Both Machine & Hand Stitch)
∎ Must have knowledge about new trends in fabrics, colors, shapes and fashions.
∎ Should be able to conceptualize design, and create high-quality visuals in a variety of formats including the effective use of color, form and composition.
