Job Responsibilities:
∎ Researching current fashion trends and determining what consumers will like
∎ Collaborating with the design teamto develop ideasfor newproduct base on research data.
∎ Designing sketches for new production with a design team.
∎ Creating clothing patterns for mass production.
∎ Testing and deciding on fabrics, colors, patterns and textures for each design.
∎ Overseeingtheproductionofdesignincludingcarryingoutfillings,determiningpricesandmanaging marketing.
∎ Maintaining relationships with vendors, suppers and models.
∎ Collaboratewithexecutives,marketersandsalespeopletosetpricesthataregoodforthemarketand profit.
∎ Getting to know the customers based and understanding their motivation and sales drivers.
∎ Reviewing customer feedback to predict sales trends and seasonal stock demand.
∎ Researchingandmonitoringindustrytrendsandconsumerbehaviortoanticipatedemandandchanges in buying patterns.
∎ Making predictions based on sales data, customer feedback and market trends.
∎ Assessing the effectiveness of different product displays and store layouts on sales figures.
∎ Reviewing competitors, including pricing, profit, marketing and others progress.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 + years experiences based on Abode Photoshop, Illustrator.
∎ Must graduate in graphics or should have certification on equivalent course.
∎ Should have ability to create visual concepts, by hand or using computer software
∎ To have good knowledge on Garments graphics develop the overall layout and production
∎ Should have good communication skills in English
